依客思全新打造防爆原理(中英文对照版)

乐清市依客思林芝经过几天的整理,新的防爆小常识终于出炉了,请大家好好浏览,有啥问题可以随时!,防止爆炸的产生必从三个必要条件来考虑,限制了其中的一个必要条件,就限制了爆炸的产生。在工业过程中,通常从下述三个方面着手对易燃易爆场合进行处理:(1) 预防或大限度地降低易燃物质泄漏的可能性;(2) 不用或尽量少用易产生电火花的电所元件;(3) 采取充氮气之类的方法维持惰性状态

 

一、危险场所区域划分

    危险场所区域的含义,是对该地区实际存在危险可能性的量度,由此规定其可适用的防爆型式。电工委员会/欧洲电工委员会划分的防爆区域为:
    0区:连续地存在危险性大于1000小时/每年的区域;
    1区:断续地存在危险性10~1000小时/每年的区域;
    2区:事故状态下存在的危险性0.1~10小时/每年的区域;
中划分的有效区域和以上相同。

    气体分组和点燃温度,在一定环境温度和压力下与可燃性气体和空气的混合浓度有关。

  ②温度组别(T组)
    这是与气体点燃温度有关的电气设备(假定环境温度为40℃时)的高表面温度,点燃能量与点燃温度无关。在标准BS5345*部分中列出了所有可燃性气体和其组别。

  ④名词解释

    隔爆型电气设备(d):是指把能点燃爆炸性混合物的部件封闭在一个外壳内,该外壳能承受内部爆炸性混合物的爆炸压力并阻止和周围的爆炸性混合物传爆的电气设备。

    增安型电气设备(e):正常运行条件下,不会产生点燃爆炸性混合物的火花或危险温度,并在结构上采取措施,提高其安全程度, 以避免在正常和规定过载条件下出现点燃现象的电气设备。

    本质安全型电气设备(i):在正常运行或在标准试验条件下所产生的火花或热效应均不能点燃爆炸性混合物的电气设备。

    无火花型电气设备 (n): 在正常运行条件下不产生电弧或火花,也不产生能够点燃周围爆炸性混合物的高温表面或灼热点,且一般不会发生有点燃作用的故障的电气设备。

    防爆特殊型(s): 电气设备或部件采用GB3836-83未包括的防爆型式时,由主管部门制订暂行规定。送劳动人事部备案,并经的鉴定单位检验后,按特殊电气设备"s"型处置。

(4) noun explanation

Flameproof electrical equipment (d) : refers to can ignite an explosive mixture of the components are enclosed in a shell, the shell can withstand the internal pressure and prevent explosion of explosive mixture and detonating an explosive mixture around electrical equipment.
